All of us in the Twin Cities dog world have been grieving together this past week. We lost an inspiration, a dear friend. Sweet Luc, the original Sidewalk Dog, the Lemon of all Lemons, finally lost his brave battle on Good Friday. {same day as Ewan in the previous post}

Ali’s blog writer, Meredeth, wrote an overwhelmingly wonderful tribute to Luc, and rather than me try to stumble through words, I really encourage you to click here and read her post. There are links to Luc’s medical difficulties and some info about his past. It’s really quite beautiful.

I can honestly say that I wouldn’t be where I am today with my business if it weren’t for Ali and Luc. Her amazing ideas and generous spirit have connected so many people, so many business owners, and have been a major factor in the growing Pet Community in Minneapolis and St. Paul. Sidewalk Dog is *the* resource for all things dog and pet related in the Twin Cities and beyond. Find all the dog-friendly businesses and restaurants, the local dog parks, get great deals from pet businesses, find out about events and fundraisers, and more.
