2013 has flown by, but I’ve still got got time to fit in our final Rescue of the Month, just in time for Christmas!

Happy Tails is a no-kill animal rescue is Maple Grove, Minnesota. They’ve been around since 2005, and work hard to match the right pet for your situation. Happy Tails is a foster-based rescue, but you can meet many of their available cats at the Maple Grove PetSmart. They currently have an urgent need for fosters, so if you’ve ever considered opening your home to a homeless pet, now is a great time!

First up we’ve got Russell, the bouncy, friendly Jack Russell Terrier. He’s just over a year old, and would be a great candidate for doing agility. He’s kind of a sausage at the moment, but with his energy level, I think he’ll get back to his ideal weight in no time  :)

Sweet Gracie was picked up by animal control and her owners never claimed her. She’s easy-going, has great ears, and is ready for her new home!
